Joyful Noise Kidz Choir Mission Statement: The mission of the SCBC Joyful Noise Kidz Choir is to provide our children with the opportunity for musical, spiritual, and personal growth through performances. Through our performances, we strive to build within our children a sense of self-esteem, confidence, accomplishment, and life-excellence. “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men” (Colossians 3:23). Music is a Reflection of God’s Beauty--- SCBC believes that children can be inspired to reach their greatest potential in life as they wholeheartedly use their gifts and talents in all they do. SCBC strives to instill this kind of excellence in all areas of life: musical, academic, and spiritual. We as musicians see clearly that music was not designed for the glory of humanity, but for the reflective beauty of the glory of God. We desire to be mirrors of God’s glory. Like Mary, we desire to use our voices, hearts, and instruments to lead people closer to God.
